Conventional ventilation systems produce turbulent flow, draughts and a wide variation in contamination levels.   Although clean filtered air is present at the terminal outlet, pathogens are transmitted to the wound site by irregular air currents. In Modular Operation Theatres, the unidirectional flow systems deliver clean filtered air directly to the wound site.  By concentrating the flow of air directly on to the wound site, cascading to the surrounding areas, it is possible to achieve high levels of sterility. The same unit, which features a down flow of operating air system, also provide a comfortable environment for the surgical team in terms of thermal, acoustic and lighting requirements. Finally, the objective of the specially pre-fabricated operating theatre is to provide the highest hygiene standards & patient safety, and the optimum use of manpower and financial resources.

The wall finishes that we use have a number of advantages.  It can adhere to almost any form without joints, it will bridge cracks caused by limited movement or joints in the structure, and the thickness of the finish can be increased to reduce the possibility of damage by mobile equipment.
ESD-CONTROL TILE flooring helps control involuntary personnel movement caused by electrostatic discharge, prevents hazardous static discharge directly into patients and prevents fire or explosion where flammable anesthetics are used.
